Map your survival patterns. Learn the difference between a highway and a dirt path. Claim the courage you inherited alongside the wounds. Build a body-based regulation toolkit you'll use for life.

Dance with Your Patterns

US — Weeks 5–8

You don't climb by fighting the rock — you dance with it. Learn to step into conflict and repair. Map your relational nervous system. Build one dirt path that changes everything.
